Mental Refuge Therapy Services supports the mental health of refugees and other under-resourced* people in Ontario through psychotherapy, community wellness groups, workshops, and resource referrals. On each page, you will find the information for the service of most interest to you.
*’Under-resourced’ does not refer to any individual deficit but rather the social, political and economic structures that we are all bound by and that situate us differently in relation to one another. A person can be ‘under-resourced’ by virtue of their gender, race, economic wealth, citizenship status, ability, sexual orientation or other variable.
