About Psychotherapy
How psychotherapy works: you meet with your psychotherapist for private and confidential sessions during which you discuss your goals, needs, and issues of concern. Through the conversational process, you will receive insight that helps you to take action and/or re-imagine your circumstances.
Schedule: 1 hour sessions, every week or other week, as agreed upon with your practitioner.
